Manual Self-Draining Freeze-Proof Valve Assembly – Dedicated for Fire Protection in Petrochemical Enterprises
Underground direct-buried installation, with manual operation above ground. Any remaining water between the external pipeline and the drain outlet of this freeze-proof valve assembly is automatically discharged.

Scope of application:

Firewater and foam mixture network end points in petrochemical enterprises
Function: Manually operated on the ground for opening, closing, and automatic drainage

Product features:

●Quick operation: For the DN100 valve, a 4/5-turn wrench rotation is sufficient; for other sizes, just 3 to 20 turns will fully open or close it.
● Single- or dual-plunger drain valve automatically removes residual water from the chamber above the drain hole after closure, preventing freezing in winter.
● The main valve features pressure-assisted or pressure-reducing sealing, ensuring that sealing and opening forces remain unaffected by system pressure.
● The main transmission components and seals are made from copper alloy and high-quality stainless steel materials, offering excellent rust resistance.
● Extended version with ground operation capability; the outlet features an external pipe connection flange—simple and easy to implement.
● Can be directly buried or installed with individual well structures
