Remote-Controlled Electric Self-Relieving Freeze-Proof Valve Assembly

Application: Installed on the fire sprinkler inlet pipeline of petrochemical storage tanks, this device is used for remote control switching, signal output, and draining residual water from the pipeline downstream of the valve assembly, preventing freeze damage to the fire sprinkler system during winter.

Scope of application:

Firewater and foam mixture network end points in petrochemical facilities
Function: Ground-level electric (remote-controlled) operation—includes opening, closing, and automatic drainage.

Product features:

●Quick switching: Full on or off time not exceeding 30 seconds
● Piston-type single and double drain valves automatically remove any remaining water in the chamber above the drain hole after closure, preventing freezing during winter.
● The main valve features pressure-assisted or pressure-reducing sealing, ensuring that sealing and opening forces remain unaffected by system pressure.
●The main transmission components and seals are made from copper alloy and high-quality stainless steel materials, offering excellent rust resistance.
